A key reason why partners don’t deliver on sales targets is because of lack of product understanding. We create much-needed product awareness amongst partners with the help of product presentations, sales training, technical training, product webinars and online POCs; this helps the partner’s sales and technical team to get more clarity on the features and USP’s of a product/service and can convey the same in an impactful manner to the end customer.
Partner Enablement
Our experience helps us work out a partner program that is mutually beneficial for the partner and vendors; we also play the role of a facilitator in the partnership signup process and clearly define the level of partnership and margin allocation. We also define targets and help with deal registration and protection and ensure and manage overall partner satisfaction.
